How can I book?
Booking is only possible online via our website.
When is my booking valid?
The booking is confirmed as soon as:
- all guest data in the online check-in are filled in completely
- we receive the required payment free of charge within 5 days
- you will receive a written confirmation from us

Can I still make changes to my booking?
You decide! Are you more of a saver with fixed plans or someone who likes keeping it flexible? Whether you can make changes to your booking or not, depends on the chosen price rate. Choose between our flexi rate and fixed rate – details below …
Booking Conditions and Cancellation:
The booking can be rescheduled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. (within the same season and for an extra charge). After that date, no more changes are possible.
In case you have to cancel the reservation:
Up to 100 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount
Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
Up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the totale amount
No show / late arrival / early departure: 100% of the total amount
- To confirm a booking, a deposit of more than 30 % of the total amount must be paid (free of charge).
- Only after receipt of the deposit and completion of all guest data and the subsequent written confirmation, the booking is valid.
- The balance is due before your arrival.
- We will send you all further information as soon as the online booking is completed.
- Eventual deposits cannot be refunded. In case of a difference between cancellation fees and deposit, we will refund the difference with a voucher for a future stay.
How can I change my booking?
You can reschedule the booking till two week before arrival. (within the same season. For every change there is an amministrative fee or Euro 150,--)
The pre-payment will be transferred to the new booking.
Up to two week before arrival the booking can´t be changed or cancelled anymore.

Increase in the number of persons:
If the number of persons in the booking is changed (insofar as the apartment type permits this), the current daily price per person and a processing fee of EUR 150 will be charged.

Are pets allowed?
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house. Even though we love animals, we ask you to leave the fish at home. The same applies to your dog, cat, hamster, snakes, parrot and turtles.
When can I arrive or check in?
There is no reception on site, only a self-check-in.
We do not offer any earyl check in
Until when do I have to check out?
Until 10:00.
A late check-out is not possible.
How does the Self-Check-In work?
Before your arrival you will receive all information by e-mail.
Attention, please note: Check-in is only possible at the time you have booked in advance.
If no arrival time has been booked, the apartment is automatically ready for occupancy from 16:00.
Can I also travel by train?
Please note: Arrival is only possible by car, as the location is so exclusive that we cannot be reached by public transport or taxi.
Are there special arrival and departure days, a minimum stay or seasonal periods?
- Arrival and departure day: The possible arrival and departure days depending on the season time are marked "green" in the booking module.
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season (Christmas/New Year, February, Easter, July & August) - 3 nights in low season
- Opening hours: All year round
Can I request a specific apartment?
Each apartment can be booked directly and therefore has a fixed location and fixed equipment. Therefore, apartment requests make no sense!
Is the possible apartment occupancy flexible?
A stay in our apartments is possible for as many people as stated in the reservation (children also count as persons). It is not possible to arrive with more people than agreed during the reservation process. In the opposite case, the full price will be charged if fewer people than indicated in the reservation arrive.
What is included in the kitchen equipment?
- Induction hob with 4 plates (Attention: Only induction-compatible pots work!)
- Extractor hood
- Dishes: from soup plates to salad bowls to coffee service
- Extensive glass assortment: water, beer and liqueur glasses
- Cutlery,pots and pans
- Kitchen tools: from the cooking spoon to the potato peeler
- Kitchen appliances: Italian espresso machine, microwave with grill function, oven, kettle and others.

What flooringdo the apartments have?
Our apartments have tiled floors.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes.
Do I have to bring toilet paper?
No, toilet paper is available to you free of charge in the apartment.
Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towels?
When you arrive, the initial equipment of towels and bed linen is already available in the apartment. Once per stay you can take fresh towels and bed linen from our self service laundry station for free.
What do I have to bring myself?
We ask you to bring your own bathrobes and kitchen towels if needed.
You should also bring your own oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tablets and cloths or buy them at the local supermarket.
Is the final cleaning free of charge?
The final cleaning is included in the price. We do not offer an intermediate cleaning during your stay.
Can I wash my clothes on site?
On site there is no washing machine and no dryer available.
Is there a ski and bike depot?
We kindly ask you to leave your bikes / ski equipment in our free bike & ski depot. If skis, bicycles or buggies are left in the apartment, a fixed cleaning fee of € 100,00 will be charged automatically. You will also find a ski depot (costs apply) directly in the ski area 3 Zinnen Dolomites.
Are the apartments accessible?
While everyone is welcome as our guest, unfortunately the apartments are not designed for people with disabilities and we cannot offer barrier-free apartments.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, all apartments are non-smoking apartments.
The Scottish Highland cows are so cuddly. Can I feed them?
Scottish Highland cattle sometimes graze around the holiday homes in a fenced enclosure. It is forbidden to feed them or enter their enclosures.
Which restaurants, pizzeria & mountain huts do you recommend?

Where can I shop?
In the village center of San Candido you will find various grocery stores, bakeries and butcher's shops.

Where can I find the nearest ski and bike rental?
You can find it in the Service Center "Punka" at the valley station of the mountain railway.
